EventFlow is a volunteer coordination app for churches. Open shifts fill
themselves, everyone knows where to be, and when someone has served three
Sundays running, you’ll know in good time, while there is still a
gentle way to give them a rest.
You’re on the list. We’ll be in touch when there’s something real to put in your hands.

For the person holding it together
Sunday, a little lighter.
You give people somewhere to belong and something worth doing. EventFlow
looks after the rest, quietly, in the background, so the morning can be
about the people in the room.
The schedule keeps itself right. When Dana swaps with Ruth on a Thursday night, every phone already knows.
You can watch your team arrive while the coffee is still brewing.
When someone has been giving a lot, you hear it first, in time to offer them a Sunday off.
And yes: you will know exactly where the projector remote is. Every time.
Not a church management suite. One job, done beautifully: getting the right
people to the right place, with care to spare. Serious tools, the kind that
notice when someone needs a rest and know where every cable went, at a price
any congregation can carry. A church of sixty gets the same care as a campus
of six thousand. Because it’s not about the schedule. It’s who
the schedule’s for.
Shifts that fill themselves
Post what needs covering. Volunteers claim it from their phone. If
someone can’t make it after all, they hand the shift back. The first
person to offer cover takes it, and the schedule updates for everyone at
once.
You may never send a “can anyone cover Sunday?” text again.
Care for the ones who always say yes
Three shifts in five days, or five in a single week, and EventFlow lets
you know. Quietly, and only you. A schedule that looks after the
people inside it. Small thing; it changes how long people stay, and how
gladly.
Know who has arrived
People check themselves in when they arrive, or with a quick scan at the
door. You can see your team gathering in real time, so you are never
wondering who is on their way.
The gear comes back
Every camera, cable and badge printer in one list. Scan it out, scan it
in, and see who has what, including the box that is still on its way
back from the vendor.
In the calendar they already use
Everyone’s shifts land in Google, Apple or Outlook Calendar on their
own phone, the one place they already look. Nothing new to learn,
nothing new to remember, and somehow the whole team just knows.
Conversation that stays with the event
A channel for every event, a quiet one for team leads, and a way to reach
one person directly. Each conversation lives with its Sunday: easy to
find while it matters, gracefully out of the way once it is done.
Nothing to buy
The only hardware is the phone in their pocket.
Check-in stations, label printers, barcode scanners, wall-mounted
tablets: the usual setup can cost more than the software that runs on
it. EventFlow skips the cart. Arrival is confirmed by the phone your
volunteer is already holding, equipment scans with the camera, and the
schedule lives in the calendar they already open. When we say free to
start, we mean the hardware bill too.
What it looks like working
A Sunday that holds together.
Three sides of the same morning: the volunteer who wants to help, the leader
who wants to look after them, and the gear that needs to find its way home.

About your people
Looked after, not tracked.
Volunteers trust you with their time. It matters that the software you hand
them treats that trust carefully.
Checked in, never followed
At check-in the app simply confirms someone has arrived, and then forgets
where they were. It keeps the time, not the place, so it could never
tell you where a volunteer is, even if you asked.
Your rosters stay yours
Volunteers, shifts, messages and equipment live in your church’s own
workspace. No other church on EventFlow can see your people, your
schedule, or your rooms.
Where it stands
It’s built. Now it needs a few real Sundays.
Scheduling, check-in, equipment and chat are all working, and any volunteer
can pick it up with no training at all. We are opening it to a
small number of churches first, the ones who want to help shape it. Leave your
email and we will come to you the moment there is something worth your Sunday.
